Checking out Alliance Automation’s robotic equipment in Georgia

Our President and CEO Tyson Milner visited Georgia last week to learn more about the latest in pallet equipment in order to increase Pallet Depot’s efficiency and safety. Thanks to Bo’s Pallets in Adairsville GA for hosting a contingent of 60 pallet manufacturing companies from all over Canada and U.S. to tour their facility and see Alliance Automation’s amazing robotic equipment in action. In addition to much more, among the equipment we checked out:

• Automatic sort and trim system (“urban saw mill”) which could increase our capacity by 400% and improve product quality.

• A double robotic handsaw that improves worker safety and increases productivity. Pallet Depot currently has one in operation.

It was a real pleasure to gather with these pallet industry leaders and innovators. Through these events, Pallet Depot is able to stay up to date on the latest equipment innovations so that we can continue to remain competitive and grow, creating more local jobs.
